Opvexia has zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.

- ❌ No spam, scam, or fraudulent listings or messages
- ❌ No impersonation or fake profiles
⚠️ Users who violate this policy will have their content removed and accounts may be suspended or permanently banned. All users must accept these guidelines when creating an account.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Opvexia you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
Opvexia is a free all-in-one platform providing Jobs Hub, Market Hub, Food Hub, Opportunities Hub, Creator Hub and Insights services. Some features require an Opvexia Pro subscription.
3. User Accounts
- •You must be 18 or older to create an account (18+ for marketplace transactions)
- •You are responsible for maintaining account security
- •One person may not create multiple accounts
- •Provide accurate information — false information may result in account suspension
4. Free and Pro Plans
- •Free plan: available to all users with listed limitations
- •Opvexia Pro: subscription at $11.99/year — VIP Launch Offer includes first year free for qualifying members
- •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- •30-day money back guarantee on first subscription
- •Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
5. Jobs Hub Rules
- •Employers must post genuine job opportunities only
- •No fake or fraudulent job listings
- •Job seekers must apply with accurate CV information
- •Opvexia is not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers
- •We do not guarantee job placement
6. Marketplace Rules
- •Sellers must list genuine products and services only
- •No counterfeit, illegal or prohibited items
- •Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders and delivery
- •Buyers and sellers agree to resolve disputes directly — Opvexia may assist but is not responsible for transaction outcomes
- •Pro sellers pay zero commission — free sellers pay 1.5% platform fee on transactions
7. Food Hub Rules
- •Food vendors must list genuine food businesses only
- •Vendors are responsible for food safety and hygiene standards
- •Opvexia is not responsible for food quality or delivery
- •Vendors must comply with all local food business regulations
8. Creator Hub Rules
- •Post only original content you own or have rights to
- •No copyrighted content without permission
- •No adult, violent or harmful content
- •Creators are responsible for their own content
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- •Post false, misleading or fraudulent content
- •Harass, abuse or threaten other users
- •Spam or send unsolicited messages
- •Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
- •Scrape or copy platform data
- •Use the platform for illegal activities
- •Post adult, violent or harmful content
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
10. Intellectual Property
- •Opvexia owns all platform code, design and branding
- •Users retain ownership of their own content
- •By posting content you grant Opvexia a license to display it on the platform
- •Do not copy or reproduce Opvexia branding or code without permission
11. Payments and Refunds
- •All payments processed by Paystack and PayPal
- •Subscription fees are non-refundable after 30-day guarantee period
- •Opvexia is not responsible for payment processor errors
- •Disputed payments should first be raised with Opvexia support
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- •Opvexia is provided as-is without warranty
- •We are not responsible for user-generated content
- •We are not liable for losses from marketplace transactions
- •We are not liable for employment decisions made by employers
- •Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
13. Termination
- •You may delete your account at any time
- •We may suspend accounts for Terms violations
- •Upon termination your data will be deleted within 30 days
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved in Ghanaian courts unless otherwise agreed.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
